LiveReacting operates the LiveReacting.com website, which provides live streaming services. This policy covers the LiveReacting website, the LiveReacting Studio, the LiveReacting API and the LiveReacting MCP server, including the LiveReacting apps for ChatGPT and Claude.

LiveReacting employees or contractors may access your data when necessary for debugging or problem-solving purposes. Such access is limited to what is required to resolve the issue.

The service providers we use fall into these categories: cloud hosting and databases, file storage, payment processing, email delivery, customer chat, website analytics, and log monitoring.

You can connect LiveReacting to AI apps such as ChatGPT and Claude, and to your own software through our API.
What we collect. When you connect an AI app, we record which app you connected and when. We keep the access tokens we issue to that app only as one-way hashes. Each request to our API or MCP server is logged with your account id, the tool or endpoint called, the time, and the result. Failed sign-in attempts are logged with the IP address. Request details, such as project names, video links and schedule times, can also appear in these logs.
Why. To carry out the actions you or the AI app ask for, to apply rate limits and plan limits, to investigate errors, and to protect your account.
Who receives it. The results of the actions you ask for are sent to the AI app you connected. The company that runs it (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) handles them under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your conversations with the AI app, only the requests it sends to LiveReacting.
How long we keep it. An access token for an AI app expires after one hour. A refresh token expires 90 days after it was last used, or at once when the connection is revoked. Request logs are kept for 14 days.
Your controls. You can disconnect an AI app at any time in that app's settings, and we revoke its access on request. You can delete an API key at any time on the Developer page of the LiveReacting Studio. Deleting your account ends every connection and key at once; the hashed token records that remain expire within 90 days.
We use YouTube API Services. By using our service, you are also bound by Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service .
We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
